A student of our university excels on the international fitness scene
A third-year student from the Faculty of Health Sciences, Eszter Panyiková, has achieved extraordinary success at the World Championships.
The physiotherapy student took part in the World Fitness Championships held in Tokyo, Japan, where she triumphed in two categories. In the Wellness Fitness Junior 21-23 years old category, she took the 1st place and also became the champion in the Wellness Fitness Women up to 163 cm discipline.
Last year was full of successes for Eszter also under the banner of the Slovak Association of Fitness, Bodybuilding and Power Triathlon. During the spring season she took part in the Slovak Junior and Women's Championships, where she won two 3rd places in the Wellness Fitness Women category.
The autumn season brought more fantastic results. At the World Fitness & Bodybuilding Championships in Santa Susanna, Spain, Eszter became the World Champion in the Wellness Fitness Junior Female category up to 20 years old and took 5th place in the wellness fitness female category up to 163 cm.
During the autumn season she also achieved success at the Diamond Cup competition in Prague, where she took 2nd place in the category of Wellness Fitness Women up to 163 cm. In addition, she won four first places in Slovak cup competitions.
These results are a testament to her immense talent, determination and perseverance, which put her among the elite in fitness. Eszter Panyiková is a shining example of how the combination of hard work and passion for sport can bring exceptional results.
