Satisfaction survey of accommodated male and female students

Published: 3.4. 2025

In line with the UCM's efforts to continuously improve the quality of the educational process and study conditions for all students, the Quality Department in cooperation with the management of the student house prepared a questionnaire on the satisfaction of the accommodated students and female students. The questionnaire was intended for students staying in the UCM Student House or in other accommodation facilities offered by the University.

The survey allowed students to evaluate several aspects of the accommodation, including room facilities, sanitary facilities, kitchen facilities, level of cleanliness and hygiene, communication with staff, availability of accommodation and the process of allocation and provision of accommodation by the university itself. The questionnaire also included an opportunity to provide verbal comments or suggestions for improvement.

The questionnaire was distributed in March 2025 electronically to all male and female students with allocated accommodation, as well as to Erasmus+ students on mobility at UCM. The survey was anonymous and completion was voluntary.

Out of the 724 students contacted, 24% of respondents took part in the survey, while 9% of the completed questionnaires were answered by international students.

The results of the survey are archived at the UCM Quality Department.
The results and suggestions obtained will be discussed by the university management and the management of the student house. The results of the survey, together with suggestions for solutions, will be published transparently and the respondents will be informed about them.
