A.1: the price for long-term accommodation in the UCM student house is set as follows:

A.2: the price for short-term accommodation in the UCM student house is set as follows:

A.3: one-off payment for any damages caused (only applicable for long-term stays of more than 1 month)

* Local tax 2,-€ is included in the price
**The price includes local tax of 2,-€ and 10% VAT in accordance with current legislation.
The local charge of € 2,- is only applicable for the first two months of accommodation.

In the case of borrowing inventory that is not a normal part of the equipment of the room, or for the provision of space outside the assigned room, the head of the School may charge prices taking into account the amount of the cost.

D.1: charge for lost, stolen or destroyed room key in the amount of:

15,- €
 

In case of need to replace the entire lock in the amount of:

50,- €

A new key will be issued only after payment of the fee.
 

D.2: fee for violation of the smoking ban in the amount of:

15,- €

The smoking ban applies to all parts of the accommodation premises (room, sanitary facilities, corridors, balconies, common areas of the UCM School of Economics)
 

D.3. fee for late handing over the room after the end of the accommodation in the amount of

3,30,€ for each day until the room is properly handed over.
 

In addition, for each such day, the price of the accommodation will be charged according to the relevant point.
