Application for a new licence
Future 1st year students of UCM at all levels (Bc., Mgr., PhD.) and in all forms of study (full-time, external) are obliged to apply for a new UCM student card through the electronic return.
The application for the card and the consent to provide personal data is part of the electronic return, which is in the AIS: Procedure No. 04- Electronic return.
Important
Upon receipt of the ID card, the student checks the information uploaded in the ID card chip on the University terminal or on the public UNITerminals at the following locations.
If the prospective student holds a UCM functional student card in the same form of study - and continues his/her studies at UCM at the next level of study or re-enters after early graduation from the same faculty, he/she does not need to apply for a new student card (or pay the fee for a new card). He/she can extend the validity of his/her UCM student card by affixing a prolongation stamp at the place of prolongation according to the instructions published here.
Please note
If you do not follow the payment policy for a new ID card or do not fill out the electronic return correctly, the ID card will not be produced! Fees for the issuance of the card can be found on the Tuition and Tuition Related Fees page.
