The goal of the BUDDY program is to support you, students, so that you feel comfortable at the university and have easier access to university information and services.
Who is a BUDDY?
BUDDIES are volunteers from among the students of the University of Ss. Cyril and Methodius in Trnava, who provide support and assistance to students in adapting to the university environment and promoting mental well-being.
The Buddy Program connects local and international students of the University of Ss. Cyril and Methodius in Trnava. A local student, or “buddy,” voluntarily decides to become a helper, guide, and friend for either a domestic or international student, whom they choose. The buddy helps the student navigate the new environment, handle necessary formalities, guide them through the enrollment process, introduce them to their home faculty, accompany them to various offices, and familiarize them with the city, student life, and Slovak culture.
