CDS is under the authority of the Vice-Rector for Education at UCM. It is managed by the CDS manager, who oversees all processes and tasks assigned to the center according to its statute. Alongside the manager, CDS includes two coordinators who are directed by the CDS manager. The manager and coordinators represent the CDS publicly, communicating its ideas, activities, and values while always maintaining the good reputation of the center. The coordinators are volunteers: one is from the staff of UCM, and the other is a student volunteer. Both coordinators help organize the operations and activities of the CDS.
