The Counseling and Legal Center for Students from Socially Disadvantaged Backgrounds and Students with Special Needs (PPCSZ) is a university-wide specialized unit aimed at supporting students from socially disadvantaged backgrounds and students with special needs, in accordance with the principles of inclusivity and creating conditions for the successful completion of higher education.

The mission of PPCSZ UCM is to provide basic legal and counseling services to UCM students from socially disadvantaged backgrounds and students with special needs.

PPCSZ UCM ensures that students have easy access to counseling and legal services that meet their diverse needs. Its mission is to create an accessible academic environment without lowering the academic performance standards for students from socially disadvantaged backgrounds and students with special needs, helping them to manage their studies and preparing them to handle future professional and personal responsibilities.
