Collective agreement for 2025 brings benefits for employees again
Check out 13 key benefits from the agreement reached between UCM and our union.
1) Recuperation leave is extended by 1 week beyond the law.
2) Parents can take advantage of flexible hours and unpaid time off during school holidays.
3) Supplementary pension savings (DDS): employer contribution up to 3% of gross salary(maximum €55 per month).
4) From the social fund you will receive a meal allowance: € 1.23 per meal taken.
5) You can apply for a transport allowance for low-income employees.
6) Fixed amount for workforce regeneration (swimming, massages, cultural activities).
7) There is a monthly allowance of €4 for the MultiSport card.
8) Non-returnable allowance for the birth of a child, death of a loved one, natural disaster is € 250 in each case.
9) We appreciate blood donors - contributions up to 250 € for the Janski plaque and the Knyazovicky medal.
10) For life anniversaries, the employee receives 300 € for 2-5 years of service at UCM and 500 € for more than 5 years of service.
11) For the members of unions the external study is free of charge (1st, 2nd and 3rd degree).
12) The University contributes up to 70% of the costs of habilitation and inauguration proceedings when the conditions are met.
13) During tropical days, the employer may provide air-conditioning, observance of a drinking regime and reasonable reduction of working hours.
