Evaluation of the UCM Staff Satisfaction Survey
Between 3 April 2024 and 16 April 2024, the UCM Quality Department conducted a questionnaire survey of UCM staff satisfaction, focusing on:
Overall perception of UCM,
the satisfaction and expectations of UCM staff,

The aim of the survey was also to obtain ideas for improvement, also through open questions. More than a third of respondents were staff who had worked at the University for 10-20 years. The Faculty of Arts, the Faculty of Mass Communication and the Rector's Office had the highest participation rates. 61% of the total respondents were academic staff.
